Was born in 1962 in Gadirly village of Tovuz district of Republic of Azerbaijan
1980-1985 – student of the faculty of Physics of Azerbaijan State University after name S. M. Kirov
In 1994 – presented the candidate thesis on the topic “Electroweak asymmetry in e – e+ annihilation in different metering models”
at the faculty of Physics of Azerbaijan State University after name S. M. Kirov.
Since 1991 has been working on the Department of Optics and Molecular Physics of Baku State University.
