Born on 14 April 1959 in Quba district, Azerbaijan. In 1975 entered Physical faculty of the Azerbaijan State University.
Gradutaed from the University in 1980 and continued his study as PhD in A.F.Ioffe Physical Technical Institution (Russia).
In 1988 got the degree of PhD in physical-mathematical sciences.
Married. Have two children.

PRESENT RESEARCH INTERESTS
Adsorption, desorption and migration of metal atoms (Pt, Ni, Ba, Th and others) with CsCl molecules on the surface of two dimensional graphite film (2DGF) obtained on rhenium and iridium, coadsorption of CsCl molecules with Z(K, Na, Li) atoms on a such surface and determination with experiments the mechanisms of formation of metal atoms islands on graphene surface Application of interactive methodology of teaching.
