Was born in 05.01.1962 in Balakan (Azerb. Respublic). In 1978 finished school with a gold medal.
Married. Has two children.
In 1978-1983 student of the Physics Faculty of Baku State University.
In 1992-1997 student Faculty of law Baku State University.
In 1970 was finished the post-graduate position in BSU „High energy non-elastic elektromagnetic processes in crystals.“
From 1990 till present worked on the Theoretical physics department. He gives lectures and seminars on electrodynamics, physics of elementary particles, quantum physics, theory of atoms nuclei.
He published 70 papers.
