PERSONAL DATA

Kuli-Zade Djafar Museyib was born on the 27th of August in the village of Khatinli of Tovuz region.
In 1961 he graduated from Astrophysics specialist of the Leningrad State University.
In 1966 he defended a thesis of the candidate’s degree at Leningrad State University.
From 1969 he worked as senior lecturer, from 1988 instead of professor, from 1991is professor at Baku State University. From 1997 he is a head of “Astrophysics” chair.
In 1992-1994 he was invited to Turkey and organized teaching of Spectroscopy in the Istanbul University and made laboratory works from spectroscopy and astrophysics and prepared
leadership there. He is the author more than 170 scientific articles, some of original teaching books and methodic aids.
He had offered some of new research systems in the Sun physics field.
From 1982 he is a member of board of “Structure and shining the Sun” International Problem group.
From 1999 is an active member of International Modern Sciences Academy named after Lutfi Zadeh (academician),
from 2001 he is a member of Europe Astronomy Society.

Defended Doktor of Sciences in Baku State University – 2003.

PRESENT RESEARCH INTERESTS

Solar physics. Fraunhofer spectrum of the Sun. New method for investigation of the Fraunhofer Lines profiles asymmetry.
The investigation of the Physical condition in the solar photosphere by curve of growth method. New method of determination of the level of the Local continuous spectrum.
New method of investigation Fraunhofer Lines broadening mechanisms.
The methods of measurement and analysis of the fine structure of the weak and moderate Fraunhofer lines are considered.
The new physical Values of the differential, integral, residual and relative asymmetries have been introduced in first.
